Silk & Fire – Refund & Returns Policy

At Silk & Fire – Luxury Hand Poured Candles, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, unlit, and in their original packaging.

Candles that have been lit, used, or customised cannot be returned unless faulty.

To arrange a return, please email liz@silkandfire.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm your refund by email.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If your order included free shipping but your return reduces the order value below £30, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges

If your candle arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it free of charge or offer you a full refund.

Please email a photo of the issue to liz@silkandfire.co.uk so we can resolve it quickly.
