Silk & Fire – Refund & Returns Policy

At Silk & Fire – Luxury Hand Poured Candles, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.


Returns

  • You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, unlit, and in their original packaging.

  • Candles that have been lit, used, or customised cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • To arrange a return, please email liz@silkandfire.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm your refund by email.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If your order included free shipping but your return reduces the order value below £30, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


Exchanges

  • If your candle arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it free of charge or offer you a full refund.

  • Please email a photo of the issue to liz@silkandfire.co.uk so we can resolve it quickly.


Non-returnable items

  • Lit or partially used candles

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards
