Candle Usage, Oils & CLP

We hand pour with coconut & rapeseed wax using Candle Shack vessels and high-quality essential oils. This page lists the oils we use and the CLP (Classification, Labelling & Packaging) information for each scent at 10% load in wax.
All essential oils we use
We use the following essential oils across our range:
- Basil, Bergamot (if present in future blends), Bitter Orange, Black Pepper, Cedarwood, Cinnamon Bark, Cinnamon Leaf/Clove Leaf, Clove Bud, Cypress, Geranium, Ginger, Grapefruit, Lavender, Lemon, Lime, Neroli, Nutmeg, Spearmint, Sweet Orange, Thyme, Vanilla (planifolia), Ylang Ylang.
If you have sensitivities, please check the allergen list under each scent below before buying.
CLP per scent (10% in wax)
Each block shows the required hazard wording plus the “Contains …” allergen line. Jar labels carry a shortened version and pictograms where required.
Cosy Night (Lavender · Cinnamon · Ylang Ylang · Cedarwood)

Citrus Relief (Lime · Grapefruit · Bitter Orange · Cypress)

Meditation (Thyme · Lavender · Ylang Ylang)

Aphrodisiac (Black Pepper · Ginger · Neroli · Nutmeg)

No CLP-listed allergens declared in our notes for this fragrance.
Pumpkin Spice (Cinnamon Bark · Clove Leaf · Nutmeg)

Winter Warmth (Cinnamon Bark · Clove Bud · Sweet Orange)

Contains (allergens): d-Limonene, Cinnamaldehyde, Eugenol, Linalool, Citral, beta-Caryophyllene, Citronellal.
Christingle (Cinnamon · Clove Bud · Sweet Orange)
May cause an allergic skin reaction. Harmful to aquatic life with long-lasting effects.
Contains (allergens): d-Limonene, Cinnamaldehyde, Eugenol, Linalool, Citral, beta-Caryophyllene, Citronellal.
Candle safety
- Burn within sight. Never leave a lit candle unattended.
- Keep away from anything that can catch fire and at least 10 cm from other candles.
- Keep away from children and pets. Do not ingest.
- Trim wick to about 5 mm before each burn. First burn 2–3 hours. Then maximum 4 hours per burn.
- Place on a flat, heat-resistant surface and away from draughts. Stop use when 5–10 mm wax remains.
